Take a moment now to settle in. There’s nothing you need to do, nothing you need to fix, and nothing you need to figure out. Just allow yourself to be here. Take a slow breath in, and gently release it. Take another breath, noticing your body soften as you exhale.
God, I come to You now just as I am. I choose alignment again today. I’m not here to strive for peace, earn it, or manufacture it. I’m here to return to it.
If there has been noise in my mind, tension in my body, or restlessness in my heart, I acknowledge that without judgment, and I release it.
God, I ask You now to bring me back into alignment—alignment with truth, alignment with clarity, and alignment with the peace You designed for me. If anything within me has drifted out of alignment through stress, pressure, fear, or distraction, I ask that it be gently realigned now, not through effort, but through Your presence.
I choose to let go of striving. I release the need to control outcomes. I lay down the weight of carrying what was never mine to carry.
God, if there is anything You want to bring to my awareness—anything that needs to be named, released, forgiven, or gently realigned—I give You permission to show me, in a way that feels safe, calm, and grounded in peace. I don’t force it, I don’t analyze it, and I don’t rush it. I simply allow what needs to surface to surface, and I trust You with it.
Now I receive peace. Not as an idea or a concept, but as a present reality. I receive peace in my mind, peace in my body, and peace in my spirit. I receive the peace that remains steady even when circumstances haven’t changed yet.
God, anchor me here. Let this peace settle deeper than my thoughts, deeper than my emotions, and deeper than my circumstances. As I return to my day, help me carry this peace with me, not by effort, but by awareness.
Thank You that peace is not something I have to chase. It is something I can return to. Amen.
